Delivery and Returns
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders within Malaysia are shipped FREE.
- Kimonos are shipped via Poslaju and require a signature on delivery.
- Rashguards, T-shirts and other apparel are shipped via Poslaju and require a signature on delivery.
Orders within South East Asia.
We ship to ALL countries within South East Asia (excluding countries where AESTHETIC has official distributors / regional headquarters i.e. China, Japan, Korea and Singapore) where at country-specific rates (per kimono). The customer is responsible for clearing any customs and duty charges that are incurred. A remote area surcharge may apply when orders are sent to remote locations.
If you think your AESTHETIC product has a material or manufacturing flaw or is defective, we will accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email email@example.com before returning any products back to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement if your kimono is not returned in the condition it was received. Please send back the product unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and all accessories included. We are unable to accept used items.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for sale items.
